It is probably a bug in Discourse (when using Gecko) with links it partly has seen before. It at least happened to me in that setting. It looks up the title correctly, so it is very easy to miss that the URL actually is replaced with another one.
I’m thinking the same as 269XX xD seems like far away since we are only at 84XX. I’m batch 4. So, I try to keep updated with Batches instead of Numbers. I think they are still in batch 2. So probably batch 3. Mid september.

The information about shipments can be found in the blog posts from Jolla. They are shipping in the order of the Pre-order numbers. So that’s the one you have from when you prepaid the €100. The number you shared is the final payment order number.
Currently they are around #8500.
FYI my pre-order number is #94XX, and I have final order number #245XX. That is in Batch 3 and should be shipped in September according to the latest updates from Jolla.
Delivery estimates have shifted by one month for everyone.

Couldnt really find it, the dates. My pre order number is #268xx it should be shipped in september somewhere i believe.

Why don’t you just add yourself?
The tracker is community-managed. People like us add our number to the list so we can monitor when Jolla starts shipping certain numbers, or how long it takes to reach particular countries.
You can add your own number and e-mail dates. To be able to later update (when you receive the phone), you must either: use the same browser and keep the cache/cookies during the whole process, or create an account on cryptpad.fr.

Have you already received the email inviting you to pay the remaining amount? If your pre-order number is in the #26### range, my guess is that you’re in batch 4 or 5. Both are now planned for October delivery.
The info I’m giving you is all in the blog post you are reacting to. There is also information about the final payment e-mails.
Perhaps give the blog post another read…

From receiving tracking for #80xx to tracking for #84xx three days have passed. So, we can assume currently Jolla processes about ~125 packages (JP and add-ons - that is impressive!) per working day. Knowing that anyone still waiting for a tracking email can approximate their dates to it looking at their pre-order number.
Did my final payment 30/6 and got order number 29xxx
Any idea when it will arrive aprox?

Hi and welcome – there’s a community shipping tracker
Here you can sign up if you like, or simply check the progress based on the entries. The delivery time has been pushed back by about 4 weeks.
Unless there’s a specific reason, I wouldn’t send an email
as there’s currently a backlog of emails stretching back several weeks.

So seems that no one who pre ordered in 2026 got their phone yet ?
Probably in October or November at latest.
Thousands of people got the phones already, but they did their final payments back in April/May etc.
