it’s the same for me on the posti tracking website, but i can see now the parcel in tracking app from DHL which is responsible for delivering here in Germany.
The Parcel has another Number so you cannot find it by your own, for me it was automatically there because i am registered user on DHL.
I think this is more a problem on Posti and not from Jolla.
So heads up, even if this is a ‘blind flight’ for you.

edit: The shipping number that i can see in DHL tracking, was sent in another email from jolla shop with text “Shipping update for order ….” with all my three order numbers.
with this number i can see all the tracking details also on posti tracking.
Hey ho, I’ve been following the forum for the delivery of the JP for a long time now and have seen the problems with the dust in the lens and the delayed delivery of the white TOH. My #batch2 pre-order#8256, my early final payment in April for the JP 12/256 #24157 In the order there is a delivery date July/August 2026. I read that there would be a postponement of the delivery dates. When can I expect delivery?
You can post your order info to the unofficial community shipping tracker. That is the most accurate way i have seen to follow the progress on the preorders.
Thanks, I read the community tracker and generated a new entry right away. Unfortunately, it is a bit confusing with the delivery dates I also sent an email to the shop, but with the long queue
I almost gave up, but yesterday on the 19th August the Jolla Phon from the Batch#1 received. Except that it is not white, it contains everything as promised.
Small change from the old Android and I really like it. Thanks to the developers and the community for the great device.
Thanks for making an entry. Just wanted to let you know that making an entry is not mandatory and technically not even needed to ‘track’ your own order. Just compare the first 2 (or 3) digits of your pre-order number to that of the entries in the tracker. However, if you find it more convenient to have an entry in the tracker that’s fine too. Do be aware that if you do participate in the tracker I expect you to update your entry when applicable.
Also thanks to @miffmaster for linking the community shipping tracker sheet, but I’d rather have people link to the forum post (it’s recommended reading) as it contains a lot of info that may or may not be obvious to people filling in the form for the tracker right away.
I noticed! Quite a few people do that, or they add what they ordered. The comments section is essentially a free space for anyone to use however they see fit. As long as it is about their order and isn’t overly negative, it will show up without any edits.
It’s an exciting thing to watch the processes. I’m already curious how the migration of the apps and data will work and how I can say goodbye to the android junk
oh, the emotions today! It was quiet for a long time, awfully quiet. So today I checked. Confirmed I am in batch #1, learnt about the dust issue , and, while still wondering when I will eventually receive my precious gadget, I received the shipping notification
“The early supporters received the limited Special Edition Back Cover (Other Half) – it’s called Inari Blue. You have been asking do I also receive it if I belong to Batch #2, yes you do. The Special Edition Back Cover will be delivered for Batch #1, #2 and #3 early supporters i.e. first 10K pre-orderers.“
I have my phone now, and it works just fine. However, I didn’t receive the Inari Blue TOH. Am I the only one who didn’t receive it with phone?
