And that is enough… please don’t send another one.
They are overwhelmed with emails, and it will take a lot of time to answer them all , but you can rest asure, they have got your message.
Less than 3000 to go for mine then… 94** in Batch 3…
Sadly same thing happened to me. No Inari Blue TOH to be found in the box. Not too worried. Guessing its a mix up. Having a blast with the phone though.
Yesterday I got notification about phone shipment. Got the phone today.
Cool. Interested to see how long it takes to arrive! ![]()
UPS updated estimate to 28th of August, most likely that’s the final date
Hi Sailors, today evening i got an email to complete my order with final payment for batch#1 #53xx. It`s all been paid already in April. Maybe it`s the PayPal problem in really awsome ;-( .additionally a second order for batch#3 is completly missing in the Jolla Shop (but preorder is). @Jolla @rainemak I’ve sent an email under the subject “Payment and Order missing” with all the confirmation and PayPal mails attached. I`m patient the issue will be solved and at least one of the phones will arrive till end of october. Kiitos
From the ‘correct’ (ie from which you ordered your phone) email account send an email to
shop@jolla.com
with the subject
Issue with purchase from Jolla Shop.#{OrderNumber}
and explain the problem
Is it normal to be able to purchase it for €420.12 by clicking the link in “Jolla Phone Batch #1 is soon completed”?
I completed the payment on April 20th. Preorder id #5885, final payment id #25211.
Is there a dedicated thread for posting bugs or problems?
But this thread seems to be only for software, right? Because on my phone, something strange is happening. In the top right corner of the screen, right next to the notch, yellow lines appear, and that area even turns yellow when I turn on the phone or slide the screen, etc. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this. I’ll upload a photo as soon as I can.
As you can see in the photo, it doesn’t always appear, it only happens at certain times and with certain uses.
No, but that does seems like a HW defect.
Probably fast(er) lane here :
Ok, next thing : dust-bag verification ![]()

( joking )
Thanks (with twenty characters)
Maybe a community member who didn’t throw away the shipping label of his / her newly received device could check if there’s a jolla phone number stated with sender information **?
( otherwise it can be looked up via “0100100.fi“ / finnish yellow pages )
Excellent idea. That will distract them from that hideous mail cue.Chatting along with a few thousand customers will make days in their office much brighter.
Yeah, I got your worries … ![]()
But why’d you quote a phone number as a sender - iff not for delivery issues ?
”Sorry guys, due to a moving I’d need to change my delivery address ….” “Ok we’ll note it”.
1min, that basically is it, instead of pumping up their inbox with repeating, blinking urgent inquires, that will never get sighted in time ….
Actually they should do more forms for those typical issues, as they did with the “withdrawal form”
….
It’s very strange because, for example, when I turn it on, the yellow corner appears at the Jolla logo, but when it switches to the Sailfish OS logo, it doesn’t appear anymore. Then, once it turns on, depending on what you do, it appears or not; sometimes when you slide the top cover, etc. It’s not constant; it depends on what’s on the screen.
It sounds like people are, for some reason, not used to the concept webshop or most probably just like wasting other peoples time because they don’t see employees of a small mediumsized company but an anonymous entity. So instead of filling in the stuff changed or missed to state, like address or valid VAT-ID, in the account where the order is handled they want someone to do it manually for them.
