Following @bruce_oneā€™s steps, I have installed SFOS on my XQ-CC72 this afternoon. VoLTE calling is working, though speakerphone only. Location, Wi-Fi, SMS/MMS, MicroSD, etc. all work. As expected, camera is just a black screen.

I will be daily driving this going forward, at least as long as I can considering Iā€™m in Australia and the Xperia line of phones could be barred from the telcos any day now. Looking forward to the camera being fixed if the phone continues to work.

Is there any instructions how to switch back to stock android with 10IV? How to flash and where the stock rom can be downloaded? If neededā€¦

Sonyā€™s own Emma -tool is the software you are looking for.

Ok, how do i relock bootloader?

Guide here Reinstalling Sailfish OS says: For this, you must use Emma to revert the phone to Android, boot it up, turn it off and then relock the bootloader in the fastboot mode using the command ā€œfastboot oem lockā€.

Where and how?

you have to run Emma on a Windows PC, fastboot oem lock must be run with adb, either on a windows or linux pc

Ok. I ran Emma and have stock android, now im strugling how to relock bootloader. For that i need some basic step-by-step guidance

As i can remember - i just flashed official Android with Emma and the bootloader was locked again. It was not necessary to lock it with a manual step.

Ok, thats strange. There was 4 different andorid versions to choose from, maybe i should try some other version from Emma. Maybe it helps, maybe not. But if someone has any simple guides to relock it would be nice  if reinstall wont help.

You can search for install instructions how to create a setup and then just use that given command.

Now i have ADB installed and it found my phone. Now when i wrote command "fastboot oem lockā€ it gave ā€œwaiting for any deviceā€ and nothing happens.

Phone must be in fastboot mode with blue light,
from phone off,
press vol up and plug the phone to USB cord,
keep pressing vol up until blue light.
