I observe a funny bug when I start Android Apps after the update to 5.0.0.62: each time I tap the icon of an Android App on the App grid, an Android App starts, but not the one I selected, but the previous Android App I used. If I try again, the correct App starts (but then the previous App was the same one)
Edit: My device is XA2 Ultra, so still AAS 11
Edit 2: Same happens from share menu, that’s really strange if you tap a weblink and a totally different app is opened

This happened to me on xperia 10ii when I tryed to rwtart homescreen but the restart was not done or was postponed with big delay.

Any help with the call crashing problem? The 10III is my daily driver and for the moment I’ve revived my Aquafish with broken screen and half-dead battery just for calls as a second phone - and I’m self-employed. It’s a real dealbreaker. If I only knew where to start troubleshooting…
Updated over GUI my Xperia 10 II without problem. Now can’t call nor receive phone calls. Other looks to work… Any idea beside flashing it?

Did you try to set 2G or 3G Preferred Network Mode? Is VoLTE registered? The results of other users on your Mobile Network as can be found on several forum topics?
Calls with and without VoLTE in German Vodafone networks work fine with 4G and 5G. What are your settings? Who is your provider?
update to .62 went smooth.
i can now operate Tidal and do some browsing, but playing a track is still not possible on mobile network only
German 1&1 (D-Netz, like Vodafone) here, 4G preferred mode (no 5G available). VoLTE not registered, but never has been and did work fine before.
No VoLET registered (did try, failed), but worked without before. Have been trying several hints from other topics - most of them are (Android) mobile network related, though (which is working fine). Honestly haven’t tested downscaling preferred mode, will give it a shot!
Can you check if VoLTE is even available to you. I assumed wrong for myself that it was but luckily they offered it in February. It works nicely on my C2 after that.
i forgot to unapply patches before update, but has anyone else now troubles with patchmanager ?
Btw, had multiple homescreen crashes during the few hiurs of usage

Since Patchmanager 3 (in 2019) “unapplying Patches before upgrading SailfishOS” has become senseless voodoo.
OTOH, as it is voodoo, it will do no harm (besides the efforts).

D1 instead of D2 seems to be the only difference. 5G is mostly available here but decreases the accuracy of GPS by factor 1:10, so I do normally not activate it.
Just a wild guess: Shutdown your phone, reboot without SIM, shutdown again, reinstall the SIM and boot again.

I have. I cannot apply any patches (although, I only have two). It just fails applying them
My mail is set to twice a day, but it seems to sync more often.
No VoLTE in my case as it never worked with Telecom Slovenia. Will try most of suggested (voodoos).
Update: I forgot to mention that phone application crashes when initiating call. SMS works.
Update: Rebooting without sim and again with sim did not fix the problem, still crashes.
Update: Still crashes if I set preferred to 3G or 2G
