I complete final payment and confirm order in 29 of jun. How long after that i need to wait for delivery of the phone?
This depends on which batch you’re in and details should be in the e-mail about completing your order. Considering your payment date, I’d guess maybe late August or, more likely, September.
(For batches one to three expected delivery is during July-August. For the September batches delivery is expected in, well, September.)

Hi Jolla Team, I just got the confirmation that I’ll be on an unplanned business trip from next Sunday. Since it is very unlikely that the shipment reaches me in Germany next week, I won’t be at home when my phone arrives and even more shocking, I won’t have it during my entire summer holidays, since they are directly connected. Funny in this regard is that my company booked Finnair (for the first time) and I have a five hour layover in Helsinki. Is there any imaginable scenario where I can pick-up my phone while I’m in Finnland? I think it’s not feasible to travel to Tampere or Salo in that short time frame and it’s anyway a Sunday but is there any parcel shop or other institution in Helsinki where you could send it to? That would be just awesome…and a little crazy

It would be intresting to se how many you sent so far. As many hope it goes ok for Jolla and hope that you sell more and more, to become a new brand to realy count on.
And I still wait for mine and hope to get it soon!

You could ask in the next Community meeting on July 16, 2026.
I think it is unlikely that Jolla would publish a detailed schedule or reports on the number of devices shipped, but maybe they can give a less rough estimate once regular production and shipping is established.

Sounds like Batch #3, but most of Batch #2 seems still unshipped, since Batch #1 was mostly shipped last week. (Last viewed that thread about Wednesday)
I haven’t received shipping email and I have Batch #1 pre-order #48xx
Not even half of the batch has been shipped yet. Jolla probably currently holds shipments and considers options for handling potential HW problems. For example, if they have been able to get new I3C boards for early August, that would immediately give very good reason to halt shipments and repair phones before sending them off

It would be nice if jolla would give some information. Shipments, based on the posts here on the forum, I imagine that they will be delayed. I have been criticized for having assumed in unsuspected times that there was some delay, but unfortunately it seems that the problems are adding up, from the i3c, to the battery, to the dust in the front camera, to the white covers, and probably something else that I don’t remember. I hope everything will be resolved quickly.
What are you writng? White cover is already solved, I3C will be in August. No clue about any battery problems.
And expecting to not be any delay is not realistic. If you ever worked in the industry you know that there are to many moving parts to expect everything to fall together at exact date.

So if I write that there will be delays, you point out that a notice communicated the end of July or the beginning of August for batch 2. Today that there are obvious delays then all companies have had delays so that’s okay. OK, some problems have been solved, but they have shifted the expectations promised or at least hypothesized. I don’t understand this continuous need to always defend Jolla, who incidentally doesn’t write anything. On their website they write that the forum is a communication channel, but I only find those who do not want to put in any way that even jolla is wrong. The battery does not charge with some power supplies, just to be clear. I expected more comumocazipne, evidently I was wrong. Last message for me here on the forum, since if anything is written that can question jolla is criticized Good life to all, the world is big…
Still, some information would nice, since it’s clear they won’t have all of batch 1 shipped this month like they said they would, and I’m sure they realised that a little earlier. Just a simple “hey, this is taking a little longer than expected” would have gone a long way.

I agree, since a long time, that it would be more comfortable and less prone to suppositions, conspiracy or debates, if Jolla would communicate a bit more.
Would make things more fluid.
But, as I ignore the reasons why they don’t, I can’t really deduce that they don’t want to communicate.
Too in a hurry? Not enough time to read the forum and realize they would gain to talk more?
I’can’t tell. Benefit of the doubt, for me.

If I understand you correctly you take as critique if there are any counter arguments. Interesting.
About battery not charging with PD 3.0 it’s a known bug also. They might need some time for analyzing it properly. same as front camera dust issue. I work in that industry so I might have some clue.
If you expect perfect phone with no bugs right on schedule I’m afraid you’ll be often dissapointed. With the big manufacturers also.
I would also like that Jolla would communicate better in some ways or times. But it’s still good enough for me. So I will stay here.
