Luckily, I happened to read replies in this forum post (the chain was way shorter back then) about users missing the accessories, so I made sure to pay extra attention to every step of the ordering process.
I am getting a similar price, but with C2 upon arrival I had to pay import tax plus vat!
I assume the special edition cover will be special and not just a solid color, probably with a design on it. I am happy to be surprised and trust jolla for doing something special that is different from the standard colors already available. if it is not the case I will still be happy with the effort made
For me, the voucher is not working. If I click the link in the mail, the price for phone is 499 with additional parcel costs. How to add my voucher?
The voucher is in shopify.com, but phone paiment is in commerce.Jolla.com. how it should work?

You can fill in the voucher in a later step, an input-field appears then before you press the final payment-button.
I pasted the discount code in the email to the following fiel - last step in the check out progress if I’m not wrong.

It should be there. Between first and second ”COMPLETE MY ORDER” links there is an ordered list of 4 items, mine was under the third item. ![]()
After the TLDR there’s a complete my order link and after that a 4 step numbered list with instructions. It’s in number 3.
For you have received the payment completion what order number did you have? The Jolla support are not responding. I have order number 5981 and should have received at this time.

Have you thought about offering installation as a service? I would prefer having screen protector installed in factory to minimize user errors.
And would you maybe also like to have it wrapped as a gift and delivered by a singing messenger?

And yes, I have ordered many devices, including phones that have screen protector factory installed, and that is why I asked.
