I really fell in love with the Snow White :white_heart:. Delicious. Brings somehow back memories on the Jolla 1. So I needed to order both Orange :orange_heart: and White :white_heart:.

I am hoping that the screen protector comes with two sheets (one spare), like almost all do on Amazon… But I am doubting that, so I bought a second one now, rather than risk having to pay shipping again for a second one.

OK so I’ve just received the email and clicked the link to respond missing the part about having to manually enter a code!

Can you confirm that I haven’t been disadvantaged by not understanding the additional requirements to enter a Batch 1 discount code?

I did the pre-reserve about 870th but didn’t receive the email. I have just wrote shop@jolla.com about it.

Paid. The Ticket for the day event i purchased as a second order together with the accessories.

That was not clear that the ticket need to be placed in the shopping cart on purchase. For me it was so, that 500 first payments get the tickets automatically…

OK now, Finnish post can earn 19,- EUR more :slight_smile: We push not only Jolla, we also push Finnish Logistics!

The disadvantage is about €100.
I did read all the way, but PayPal was too well-oiled and i missed to put in the code the first time around.
So i’m currently loaning Jolla €600 :sweat_smile:

Thanks. I’ve emailed Jolla separately to get them to apply the code but have to say that IMHO the process isn’t good. Hopefully the phone will be worth it.

I’ll see what response I get.

@Jolla an important suggestion about drafting your emails. (And a warning to those who get the email about paying for the J2)

DON’T put the link to ā€œComplete your orderā€ before the section that tells you HOW to Complete your order!

If you click on the link to complete your order before reading later that you have to enter a code you will be misled!

Hope you can fix this error.

As am I! That’s why I take my time to read carefully everything, before klick. But of course, I understand the excitement to finally get that link, and how easy it is to ā€˜skip’ reading the rest of the text. Me to was excited, but I guess age and experience saved me from making these mistakes this time. :wink:

Before I get my golden ticket for batch whichever-one-I’m-in (#3, maybe?), anybody got a favorite re-shipper they’ve used that will forward to the US?

Yes, I’m also seeing VAT is not removed after entering a VAT ID. @rainemak or who knows about the configuration?
