Itās a lovely idea as a surprise, but if there are any similarities with the coverās primary colours, that should be mentioned.
Itās like the tie-and-socks dilemma. Who wants to get the same thing every time? 
So they have to ruin the surprise for everyone, for the gift that we will get, so that you complete your order?
Or do you think that jolla picked the exact same color for something that is meant to be special?
Canceling your order might(?) help someone get the phone earlier and cheaper so if this is a huge issue, by all means, refund your 99ā¬.

Btw, is that special pre-order cover in addition to the regular cover or instead of it?

Well, from what I see most people are like me: they want orange and white, just as the old Jolla phones. If the special cover has a completely different colour, then I donāt need it. If its one of these colours, then at least I donāt want to spend money buying a second one with the same colour.

You can always buy everything else much later since there will be more stuff, accessories, TOHs etc.
So you will see what you get now (now meaning 4 months from now) and then buy something else later.

I ordered one in orange and one in white. If there would have been lime I would have chosen that over orange. Some would probably have selected cyan if available. So how do you know what most people want. I donāt care what colour the special one has. It is a goodie on top, and Iām quite sure Jolla will make a nice choice for us.

This, pretty much. The Pre-Order one is a gift from Jolla to their early supporters. Something tells me it might be transparent, but thatās just a wild guess. Any way, I will appreciate it greatly, and make sure it never gets any damage. 
Also: Lime. Definitely. If they ever release a lime backcover, I will order one immediately. If not, I will definitely ask some friend with a 3D-Printer to print one for me. Thatās the nice thing about TOH: No boundaries for individualism.

I hope not.There are three (3) as in 3 ordinary colors.
One is orange.
One is white
One is black.
And there is a special one which is not one of these.
The special one is not yet revealed.
Asking for the color will get you an answer.

For me the Answer that it is none of the other colors is more than enough. If it would have been the orange one with a extra print or something it would have been important to know. Now Iām just looking forward tot the surprise 
Now i would still be very curious if the there is one and one spare screen protector in the package and a lens cover as well (which is the case with a lot of third party screen protectors). But if not i might be tempted to buy 2. Most of the time i fail with the first attempt of applying the screen protector.

I missed by day Jollaās the First One in 2013, but I got Snow White from first puclic batch.
That trusted Jolla is still my daily driver.

I agree. Basically any shade between blue and green except actually blue or green would be great 
Cyan, lime green, aquamarine, turquoise, dark green, all great colors used with fabula design!

I was late to wake up to the original Jolla Phone 1 (2013) and missed those parties. I bought my first Jolla 1 when it was already one of the last sold on shops. This time Iām on time - this time Iāll be there, canāt wait!

I did pay the 99eur payment again - I mean 99eur+499eur in the batch #1.
I was so fast completing the order when wanting to get a ticketā¦
