Special cover is limited early supporters special edition back cover. The design is undisclosed for time being. We’ll revert.

How are we supposed to order without info about “the limited Special Edition Back Cover”? I don’t want to end up with two covers of the same colour.

If it is same or close Orange, i would chose another color.

I want at least the white and the orange back cover - but there is no option so far to add an additional back cover in another color…

@Jolla could you please offer additional back covers?

I did get an option for a second back cover in any color, weird that you were not able to see any option for this.

The Limited Edition will be something special, something one cannot buy and exclusive to pre-order batches 1, 2 and 3.

It is a gift made by us as a thank you to the early supporters :heart:

I just emailed Jolla. I hope they can fix this.

Jolla team, I paid the order and pushed the button for the ticket on July 8. On the check-out page I only got the option ‘shipping with Posti’. How can I get certainty about the ticket? We are planning a holiday and we would like to visit Helsinki too.

Few customers who had multiple pre-orders received accidentally the same single use code for them.

We have sent a new code to those affected.

If you have a ticket, all ordered physical items (Jolla Phone + accessories) are hand delivered to you in the event.

Again: I don’t want to have multiple covers with (roughly) the same colours. If you can’t enlighten us, then I will just not order at all.

That depends on which country you live. In NL it still is Ideal/Wero because they implement it here end of this year. Now it is a transition period.

But how do I know if I have a ticket if the check-out page in Shop lets me pay shipping costs?
Now I am not certain I get that ticket. What to do? My name: Klaske Wijkstra (Kea is from the initials of my three first names).
