Jolla Phone update - Final payment and towards mass production šŸš€

I haven’t received an email yet (1st batch order).

I emailed shop@jolla.com. Not sure if its the right place to contact Jolla regarding the issue.

What can I say…

Hopefully you get your Message soon.

I thinki was ~#200 when i ordered the voucher last year, and my email arrived 30 minutes after this post was made. I’m guessing they’re staggering sending out emails, and yours will arrive soon

@rainemak it does not subtract VAT , i entered in cart view it says: Your VAT ID has been successfully validated. And that it will be subtracted on the next page then page is redirected to checkout but price is same! only text ā€œincluding taxesā€ is different. Situation is same even after i login on checkout page. i confirm that i can see my vat number in my details correctly

i hope that somebody will work during weekend on the shop support as you published that we have to pay on Friday afternoon and payment must be done until Monday… not much lucky to plan this on weekend …

Paid! Thanks!

Just checked and not able to join the event. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Paid! Looking forward to getting it in Summer

Just got the mail, thank you! Exciting news. I will pay today. Before doing so I have a question: I see one fixed date, July 8 for the event, but what do the 7 days mean?

My understanding from reading it over a few times is that there are 500 tickets for the event in total. If somehow not all 500 are sold out from Batch 1 (since you should obviously only get it if you can attend) over the course of the next 7 days, then after that they will offer it to Batch 2 customers, followed by Batch 3 until event is sold out.

So effectively there will be 500 devices ready for direct, hand-to-hand delivery during Jolla Phone Day1.

Will there be more Days? Who knows! The name certainly hints it at least  Would be a great problem to have though, right?

I did the payment and it included shipping within Finland. Anyway, I’ll do my best to be im Helsinki on 8th of July and looking forward to see you at the event. This brings memories back from Helsinki November 2013. Thanks a lot!

got the email, hit the complete payment, didn’t see anything that looked like the screenshot with the three panels.

so, i’ve paid 375 euros for something, but i’m not entirely sure what…

Wow the purchase page really is in bad shape, i didnt even realize that the screen protector was further down the page so now i have to order it separately from the phone.

And i apparently missed the part where i should input the promo code, i mistakenly assumed that the token in the URL bar provided that automatically.

Hopefully Jolla support can help me with this.

How much did the phone cost on your order?

I didn’t enter a code and the line on the email receipt is:

Jolla Phone Batch #1 Ɨ 1 Kaamos Black 415,83 €

I’m UK based so that might explain slight differences in cost due to taxes

What is it meant by that? Rather early July, mid July, end August?

I will be abroad on July and August, with an address I could choose for the phone to be shipped.

And no, I do not want to defer

For me it was 499€ shipping without the code, i ordered another with the correct code and it went down to 400€.
So kind of a expected pricing.

Payment is done. With Stripe/Ideal/Wero. That’s fine, thank you.
We had not yet organised our holiday. Now we have a destination: up to the North! Planning to travel by car and boat or by train , boat and car rental.

Can’t wait to get back home to complete my order! The orange case looks SO good… but it’d be a shame to not get the transparent one to show off that special supporter back cover. ;p
Just hope that special back cover is an equally special color, wouldn’t wanna end up with two orange covers, haha~

Perhaps Jolla can add with the code: ā€˜this code you can use to deduct your pre-payment from the order on the check-out page’, or the like.
I did the payment slowly. Yet I have a problem with the ticket that was not incorporated in the check-out page.

This really shows you care about the community, and I truly appreciate that. Congratulations to Jolla, the Sailors, and the whole team.

The options offered for the first three groups seem very thoughtful and generous. I really hope that when the time comes, groups 4 and 5 will also have similarly fair and flexible options so they don’t feel left out.

That would mean a lot to the rest of us. :slightly_smiling_face:
