Any news on your order? My order (and payment) just celebrated its first birthday these days and still nothing from Jolla…
The venho.ai site was again promising something in April, but nothing came eventually.
I enjoy my sailfished Sony phone, but the mind2 story is pretty disappointing. Taking the money and leaving you back in silence is something I’d expect from some North Korean love scamers, but not from Jolla. One year ago I paid good money and got nothing in return as of today! No product, no information.
Unfortunately not yet. I am waiting to get a feedback from Jolla any day. 
I regret not searching the forum before ordering my mind2. The website gives a 6-8 week backorder estimate. I’m at 10 weeks now but have a feeling it might take much longer. I want to cancel my order, anyone an idea how to make this work since their customer service does not respond?
No one knows anything, unfortunately.
There is Discord with radio silence from Venho.ai since months. There is nothing (official) from Venho.ai or Jolla also for the customers who already have devices.
There could be something any minute or years away.
Maybe that is Finish “sisu” mentality and at one point we might suddenly see some kind of preview on the new architecture and also shipping and a “new” beta release on the devices.

Any ideas on how to get my money back? Product is interesting but specs are nog great compared tot other products and in a year its even more outdated.
Maybe a chargeback by your Credit Card.
I would suggest to ask in a Mail to cancel the Order.
Might take up to 2 or 3 weeks for an answer i guess.
Thanks, good suggestion but i used a European debit transfer, cannot be turned back.
I asked for a solution a couple of months ago and never got a reply. I also suggested a trade: switch the order from the mind2 to the new Jolla phone. Nothing, no reply only silence.
As said, smells rather like the behaviour of some north korean scam factory than what I expect from a Finnish/European company. Indeed I am pretty disappointed and more than one year after payment my good will is not in best shape any more to say it politely.
Someone should raise this in community meeting. I know, community meeting is meant more for Sailfish, but it could shed some light to this situation
@CLMA31 well, Mind2 is based on SfOS, too. So what to say against it?
Sure it is build on top of Sailfish core. But my understanding is that separate team from Sailfish is working with that
I put this as a topic for Thursday. Everyone with Mind2 related questions should attend as I can’t. And I don’t even own the device

Now the site is promising early access for September. Was postponed a few times already, hence I don’t expect anything to arrivd (positive surprises of course welcome though!).
