SI Telekom ?

BUT! After short time (about 30 minutes) of testing, problems started. In that moment, I had SIM in slot 1. Photo via MMS not received (spinnig icon), but received when mobile data become disabled. Suddenly, cellular netwok settings removed. Finally, SIM is not recognized anymore in any slot. Utility to restart network subsytem does not help.

I think that VOLTE is implemented nicely, because it worked OK until something else broke. I observed similar situation (SIM not recognized after some time) also before, when I tryied SIM after initial setup (version 21, no VOLTE).

I had no 4g data just after installation of volte packages but I left the phone for some time and it worked. I cannot reproduce this problem, maybe it was something network related.

Ok, good to hear. Please report if you have issues with mobile data later.

For now it seems that A1 is still the only network that doesn’t register. I sended the logs. I hope that it’s enough. If not just ping me.

@filip.k Could you verify that you have that ofono-vendor-unisoc-radio-plugin package installed?

From my list it seems that I do.
I seem that Xperia 10 III had serious troubles on A1 network too. That’s from another tester.

I can revert and reinstall or do you have better suggestion?

Edit:

Install printout from ssh (in Slovene)

[root@JollaC2 defaultuser]# pkcon install ofono-vendor-unisoc-radio-plugin ofono-binder-plugin libofonobinderpluginext

HU / Hungary Telekom ? ?

Unfortunately, there is often no ringing or vibration for incoming calls. The mobile internet also often goes down, but the 4G label is there next to the network signal. I will also test the Vodafone network soon.

Sailfish OS version: 5.0.0.29

SE Tele2 * * ?

* Outgoing MMS was stuck on Sending..., incoming MMS was stuck on Waiting... until I disabled mobile data. Then both worked within seconds. Previously reported by meolic above.

Will be away/busy, but will try testing while roaming.

All working on Fello (Telia) SE. I even had ringback tone on VoLTE - wow!

Tried roaming with VoLTE without success. Will provide logs by PM.

Edit: Logs sent and table in OP updated

You could share a picture from a gallery to Messages and send it to yourself, would that work?

Could you provide mcc and mnc values used? What operator name is displayed in lock screen, and is it the correct one?

@Dr.Recor I added your results to the opening post – now all results listed in replies up to this point are there as they should.

@direc85: Any task for us without even registration?

We’re looking into more specific logging instructions still.

So my current logs are useless?

I was referring to the more detailed and focused logging instructions, so that less “excess” information is saved. The ofono logs are rather verbose, let’s put it that way.

Sending to me works but don’t receive the MMS. Not even if I turn off mobile data or switch to 2G

I adjusted the MMS settings manually and now sending and receiving MMS via 4G works

Can you provide the settings you used?

Yes sure, here:

Maybe stupid question. Aren’t logs usefull if using grep -v patern > slim_log to eliminate fat?
