Couldn’t reproduce this with my 10 III (4.5.0.18), even though I tried scrolling up and down as fast I could. I have several apps open and Android App Support running, still no crash.
XA2: I often get crashes on similar news sites (eg BBC news) when scrolling down, but not on this one on this occasion! But news sites change all the time…
For me the crashes are not repeatable: if I restart the browser after a crash and revisit the same site, it then works.
I have a feeling it is to do with loading images, but as it has never been repeatable I cannot say 100% for sure.
It has happened for me in previous versions too but seems to have got worse recently.
I can confirm the issue with the browser crashing when scrolling on the watson.ch/fr website.
I Opened the page several times. In 10 out of 10 cases the browser crashes when scrolling (even if the page was accessed via an ad-blocking squid proxy).
Better when calling up the watson.ch website (without the French language preference /fr). Crash rate 6 out of 10.
No problems at all when calling up the watson.de site. Crash rate 0 out of 10.
Maybe a video codec issue.
Many autoplay videos are embedded on watson.ch/fr site, few on watson.ch and currently no video autoplay content on watson.de site.
