DESCRIPTION:
Every time I come out from work, Android apps cannot access mobile data. This happens after the phone has been connected to the workplace WLAN, which is a mesh WLAN with MAC-level access control requiring a one-time login to enable the device MAC.
PRECONDITIONS:
This only appears to happen in the above conditions, i. e. after accessing my workplace WLAN.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Come to my workplace.
- Get a login to the mobile phone WLAN.
- Stay some 8-9 hours at work.
- Get out and try to get mobile connectivity from an Android app.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Mobile data connection is working.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Mobile data connection does not work. Restarting Android support restores connection.
