[4.0.1.15] AlienDalvik stop working and doesn't start (Solved removing Android Data)

HARDWARE (Jolla1, Tablet, XA2,…): Xperia 10 Plus
UI LANGUAGE: Spanish
REGRESSION: (compared to previous public release: Yes, No, ?): Yes

DESCRIPTION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

When I updated to early access, aliendalvik doen’t work but I solved it with the solution of this post [4.0.1.45] - Alien Dalvik Not Starting sudo pkcon remove harbour-themepacksupport and aliendalvik starts fine.

This morning, it’s works fine, but later aliendalvik doesn’t start again :pensive:

I think that the problem is this line aliendalvik.service: Executable /usr/bin/start-aliendalvik-preinit.sh missing, skipping: No such file or directory

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Start aliendalvik

EXPECTED RESULT:

Aliendalvik starts

ACTUAL RESULT:

Failed to start aliendalvik

I solved it losing al apps with this command rm -rf /home/.android/* https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015459134

I do not call this a ‘solution’ :frowning:

Thank you very much for this hint! It works. All my Android-Apps (only a few) are usable again. (“Theme pack support” was installed!)
