The new binaries have been indeed released, but they introduced some changes that require corresponding changes on Sailfish OS side as well. Currently there’s little benefit in updating from v3a to v5a, and a moderate amount of inconvenience - modem (SIM), WLAN and Bluetooth don’t work at least (but the battery percentage does update already).
