Will Desktop mode be possible when software is ready?

Desktop mode for Sailfish OS, incl. display, mouse and keyboard support (similar to Samsung DeX)

I have wanted to use my phone as my only device for a long time. I just need to be able to connect a keyboard, mouse and display to it, and browser should work. That would cover most of my work needs. How much of a project would it be to enable mouse and keyboard support on Sailfish? How about an external display? Is some type of external device a must? Could Miracast work for the display? Any insights? If this is at all possible within reason, I might take the project up myself. Might even tr…

Yeah i know. As i said many times before i hope the next phone is a better designed product and not a parts bin one. And this includes both pcb and exterior.
