Why are even ppl not requesting a refund/cancellations posting in this thread? Is there some information missing (like link to jolla’s official 100% refund policy?). Why even engage/enrage/… Maybe mod can pin an ‘official’ post with that info and we can skip all the fanboys overreacting? Like what’s even the point, somone has a question asked 100 times, no need to defend jolla and their email queue, just point them to an easy answer and skip all this drama?

Actually, I have some experience on the Linux PC side too, and the situation is more or less like this there as well. There is even a name for it. In general, new users are not really wanted to be welcomed warmly, because an old user has this kind of thought: “I am using software that nobody else uses, so I feel special.” Then, the moment they see new users flooding in, that philosophy turns into the thought: “Oh, it is not as special as it used to be anymore.”

I get your point but is using AI slop images really necessary? It feels like the equivalent of making comments in all caps.
