It seems that the Sony camera sensor or the Jolla camera has some basic HDR functionality. In these kinds of settings, the sky/clouds are normally completely white when HDR isn’t used.
Nice pictures, camera quality is indeed quite good 
, it’s a good surprise for the initial release, hopefully it will get even better with next software updates, especially in low light conditions.
In the meantime, I installed ‘advanced camera’
