The tour starts at the Kings gate (Kuninkaanportti) in Suomenlinna at 14.00.
This time we’ll do like this. We meet at the monument in front of the Swedish embassy in the middle of the Market square (Kauppatori). It’s not the lady (Havis amanda) which is more to the west. It looks like this:
Be there at the latest 12.45. We’ll take the ferry and while boarding we’ll buy commuter tickets (AB) for 3.30 or 3.50. Don’t by tickets for the water bus.
It will be raining tomorrow.

Absolutely, mainly so I can see some of the city you’re walking through as I’ve not been there.
@rhampf I will skip your tour intentionally, as i have visited the island already on tuesday. Due to weather conditions, i will spend time in the library and the museum of helsinki.
Thx for your offer as a guide, i appreciate it a lot, even though i did not get the chance to meet you yesterday and the day before.

Irrespective of the quality, I am loving the content, the scenery is great.
And from a generalist, the photo quality looks fabulous too
