Uninstalled application still shown in 'Open link with' dialog

I uninstalled Microtube as it stopped working. But it is still shown in the ‘Open link with’ dialog (without any icon and selecting it from the list does nothing).

Does anyone know where to look to remove this remnant from that ‘Open link’ list?
