Switching off mobile network and restart it, forget about all the credentials that were saved in the vpn

REPRODUCIBILITY (% or how often): allways when restarting the mobile network
BUILD ID = OS VERSION (Settings > About product): 3.4.0.24
HARDWARE (Jolla1, Tablet, XA2,…): XA2
UI LANGUAGE: english
REGRESSION: (compared to previous public release: Yes, No, ?): yes

DESCRIPTION: when switching off the mobile network and the start it again , forgets about the saved credentials used in the OpenVpn before

PRECONDITIONS:
When starting the mobile network the vpn gets connected inmediately with the network keeping the saved credentials

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. i save credentials in openvpn
  2. restart the mobile network
  3. credentials of the openvpn are gone

EXPECTED RESULT:
That the openvpn saved credentials should not be ask again anymore ones saved

ACTUAL RESULT:
I have to enter the credentials and passwords for each openvpn that I have in the device

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I thought that it was happening when restarting the phone, but seems that it does it also everytime that I do it with the mobile network

I just got the solution reading someone that have issues with the wifi, where someone says to use the utility app for sailfish , restart the wlan, network and after that all the credentials for the vpn were there again.
