Which phone are you using?
I’m using my X10III, which is the one on the screen shot, and I’m trying to activate BankID on my C2. This also what I will have to do when my JP2 arrives.
I am terrified of losing BankID as it is close to impossible to live a normal life in Sweden without it, and my bank refuses to help with this. they only refers to rules set by the company Finansiell ID-Teknik BID AB (owned by the bank cabal). None of them have an office I can visit to get my Bank-ID activated.

I’d hoped it was the x10ii, as that had to have extended BLE scanning disabled to work with the bridge. If it doesn’t work with the iii, then there must be some query it’s sending that’s not implemented by the bridge, and that’s causing the error. Can you turn debugging on for when you try to initialize the app? I guess I’m not Swedish enough to get that far through the initialization?
My recommendation is to try and open an account with Skandiabanken. They have a routine where you can scan your id on a piece of paper, send it in and then they open up for you to download and activate a bankid, without using nfc or bluetooth. Worked for me last year, and I don’t think they changed that.

I did this earlier this year when my old BankID expired. Brutal. Manual. Effective.

I have already thought about it. But knowing what Skandiabanken does to small businesses and private individuals for purely political reasons, makes me hesitate strongly.
To be fair… Skandiabanken is not the only one who engages in political activism.

I chatted with ICA Bankens support and really gave them a hard time about requiring NFC. Like proper backed them into a corner about why they’d be so second best on that point. Felt a little devilish of I’m being honest.

Yes, that is the local Handelsbanken office. They could activate my bankid. It has worked but when Swish opens up bankid, it takes some time before you can sign.

As noted literally two posts later. What do you mean to accomplish?
I had to wait an eternity to do the sign on my 10ii, but I have a J2 now and it is so much better. Almost as fast as iPhone. Is it the more memory or the faster processor? I dunno, but what barely worked before now feels competent and snappy.
