DESCRIPTION:

Other end can’t hear me during call because during call phone is using top microphone insted microphone below.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. start csd tool.
  2. select Individual tests.
  3. run Audio below microphone test. Put earpiece on your ear just like making a real call.
  4. listen test recording
  5. run Audio above microphone test. Put earpiece on your ear just like making a real call.
  6. listen test recording

EXPECTED RESULT:

Audio from below microhpone should be louder than from above microphone.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Audio from below microphone is barely audible. Audio from above micrphone is significantly louder.

MODIFICATIONS:

None.

Xperia 10 III with SFOS 4.5.0.24 here.

If I do the top mic test it’ll be the other way round. Means then the bottom mic seems to do the recording.
