In some topics like this it’s not possible to open the search bar of the browser to search the current site for a keyword, because the shortcuts (Ctrl+F and /) get intercepted by the search function of discorse.
Let’s say you want to search for “gecko” in the forums.
- You open https://forum.sailfishos.org/
- click the search icon and write “gecko” [enter]
- click on the result “[release notes] Pallas-Yllästunturi 3.4.0]”
- Now you want to know, where to find “gecko” inside this post: Hit [Ctrl]+[F] or [/]… both open the search bar of the forum.
How am I supposed to find a string inside this topic?
