Not 100% sure, but I think these two are other way around…
Most likely someone made a mistake and wrote Wien instead of the English name, because it is the same in Finnish.

i just want to ask if you will be sending batch#1 devices according to order number (specify if preorder or final order number) or in some random batches or all together once you finish last device from batch#1

To clarify Roadshow events
The Jolla Phone Day1 was a launch event of the Jolla Phone whilst being the first Roadshow event. We are aiming for Roadshow events that are more like Community events + Jolla Phone Roadshow twist. Surely, some events may have speakers as well.

I have asked few questions about my first patch order from “shop at jolla dot com” but no one has answered to my emails. Is that correct address or is there better one for questions of order.
That is the correct place. Jolla has a considerable backlog to go through, on top of getting devices shipped out to customers, fixing bugs, etc. (Believe it or not, some of the Sailors do all the above!) so they have more work than they have hours in the day. So just be mindful of that as patience will be necessary

No, it is about my order status, cause i made my order twice, first without this voucher code, and i got it refunded, and right after i made another order with woucher code, but i cant see anything related to it on my profile.. Only refunded notification can be seen.
I’ve sent my first email about it 17th of june, but no reply to it yet.. 
But, i’m gonna wait a little..

Be careful which email address you use when logging into the store.
It will let you in with any email address, but only the one that was used for payment will show the orders.
(Happened to me, I have 3 or so accounts on the commerce.j.c site now, all with different order histories, because my paypal account uses a different email address.)
