Refund: shop@jolla.com no response

I preordered the first batch. when I went to finaliste the payment I forgot to include the voucher.

I bought it again with the voucher. I have been trying to cancel the first order. Nobody has responded to any of the emails I have sent. I replied to the first order and sent a separate email to the ahop@jolla.com. I haven’t received a response. Which is worrying. What should I do at this point?

There is a typo in the address you cited here.
I suppose the mail was correct but check, just in case. (shop@jolla.com)
I’d confidently wait, as every mail adds workload for a crew that is already very busy.
Look here, they explain everything regarding delay.

They started accepting payments on 27 III, it’s 10 IV, how did you email them over 3 weeks ago about that? Just chill, they will be manually deducting duplicate shipping costs for people buying more than 1 phone anyway, they have a backlog and a ton of emails from ppl unable to read an email

That’s fair. The three weeks is me being way overzealous. Apologies for that.

I will wait. I just wanted to make sure I get a refund on a big purchase before it gets sent out accidentally.

My Order #18353 has been confirmed and I paid on 29th March. I got a confirmation email also.

I have made the payment but I forgot to apply the Pre Order Discount code for the first batch while checking out.

As a result I ended up paying €441.73 instead of €362.85 that I would have paid if I had applied the Discount Code.

I paid €78.88 extra.

Can you refund the excess amount to the same VISA credit card that I made the payment from.

I sent an email the very next day to shop@jolla.com , however I am still to get any response. I know you are busy, just wanted to put my request here also. I hope you received my email.

If you paid on April 29th, I would check if your Flux Capacitor is working corretly.

The same for me. I’ve paid, but then decided to cancel it. I’ve paid 9 Apr. And asked for refund the same day. No answers from shop@jolla.com -

No, it’s a bit over 1 week yet. I’ve paid on 9th of April - but because I’ve received no reply at all, it made me wonder if they received the request.

Jolla mentioned email backlog of a few weeks several times.
Far from ideal but they will respond.

They cancelled today my first (bad) order I placed weeks ago.
