Although very informative, and thank you for the effort, I think this is not the most important measure. I do not play aaa games on my phone, nor do I big spreadsheets, low latency sound synthesis, or other stuff that relies heavily on calculation performance.
I think for most people, or at least for me, more important is being able to copy a password from the password manager without the browser to close, or continue listening to music or youtube in the background, while using other apps, without the music or youtube app to close.
EDIT: but it is reassuring that the C2 falls in between the II and III. It is faster than I thought (feared). The 10 II is more than fast enough for me.
