Adding more HW keyboards to SFOS

There are more than a few languages that are missing. And it would also be nice if we had a way to configure the switch layout shortcut. (Sadly i am used to my usual Alt+Shift)

Mouse/Keyboard support

BTW more HW keyboard layouts need to be available in the settings. At the moment the ones available in the settings do not match the ones that can be enabled for the Virtual keyboard.
