I’ve received my confirmation email today (April 17, 2026). I ordered straight away, the check-out worked just fine, my pre-order discount was recognised, I ordered the phone, a protecting glass for the screen and a protective cover.
Did your order status change after receiving the email? Mine is still „Confirmed: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready”. I’m in batch #2 and haven’t received any email yet.
When you receive your e-mail and follow that link and place your order (don’t forgett to apply your discount from the e-mail manually and add some accessories if you want), you will get another order confirmation on top of your pre-order confirmation. Also you should get a confirmation e-mail of your final order.
Regarding receiving your e-mail, did you use some VAT UID in your pre-order?
Thank you for your reply.
I did not provide a VAT ID (I’m purchasing as a private individual). I sent a question to Jolla a week ago (after the announcement that shipping for batch #2 had been completed) and I’m still waiting for a response. I’m wondering if there might be some issue with the mailbox, but emails from the forum are coming through. Of course, I’m also checking the spam folder.
There was a poster whose PayPal account (through which they bought the voucher) was registered to a different email account, and that was where the emails from Jolla were going. Is that something that might have happened with you?
It seems I can add phones from two pre-orders to same order, but then I can’t use both discount codes. When adding the second one, the previous goes away. Is this going to be fixed or do I need to pay shipping the fee twice?
I hope that you are sorting all support emails according to the problem the customer describes before you initiate the process of replying to them. I imagine that most messages fall within 4 or 5 categories of problem and processing similar ones in succession could speed things significantly.
Oh, I read about that manual processing. My “apprehensiveness” was that I would have to email Jolla to get into the “fix invoice” queue after seemingly missing the automatic route at the initial payment.
