I am not aware, nor made aware of any issues by Jolla with my order/email. Who and especially how should I contact Jolla? As the seem to have a bit of a backlog in their mail.
Hello! My phone (order #5258) was shipped on August 7th and itās finally arriving on Wednesday the 19th. How can I tell if my Jolla Phone has the new motherboard that fixes the dust problem?
It is not a new motherboard but only an elastic seal that might be missing or misplaced. However, apparently this cannot be fixed by ourselves:

sorry, i didnāt see this reply. my preorder number is #67XX - looking at the other comments it seems (if these are to be sent by order number) that mine should be shipped soonā¦
Based on Community Shipping Tracker (and under other topics) it seems that some of those who have preorder #5XXX+ do have received tracking numbers. Preorder #47XX and still havenāt heard nothing.
If you paid with Paypal there might be a email mixup.
My phone (preorder #42XX) arrived today (Vienna/Austria). The parcel also contained the protective cover. Thank you, Jolla!
