Doesnât your postal service have a redirect service?

Thatâs assuming the packages are handled by the regular Post service. If @pattpatel is from Italy (judging by first name), then google informs that Posti packages can be delivered by Poste Italiane, GLS or SDA Express Courier depending on the merchant. Maybe others from Italy can clarify which delivery service is used for Jolla.

The issue is also that Iâm moving abroad, so package redirect would be ineffective. I will arrange so that somebody can pick it up in Italy for me, but I wouldnât see it anytime soon. I really hope the address can get updated before the phone is shipped⌠fingers crossed

I ordered my phone at May and the shop order says 26,000 something am I really the 26th thousandth order I was in the September 2 batch

The preorder started ~#4200, then when they started taking full payments they issued newer order numbers. On top of that there were still sales of the C2 phone as well as order numbers issued for separate (from the phone order) accessory purchases and for voluntary subscription payments.

Was the Same for me, forgot the Voucher and they refunded me the Money. I asked the Same question. Pre Order number 48xx, Phone will arrive today. If nothing bad happens to the parcel

hi, i ordered my phone in december in batch #1. apart from the email that i received on july 15th, i have not heard anything and in the order page of the shop, the status remains unchanged since i paid the balance on april 12th.
are there other people here in batch #1 still waiting for information or has something gone pear shaped with my order?

If you paid with Paypal there might be issue with your two different emails. Solving that will take time.

I also ordered in batch #1. My pre-order number starts with #449. I made the further payment on 27.03.26. I havenât heard anything else either. I think it will come soon.
Give it a week and see if u not getting a notification i except i will get mine next week im around youre number and preordre 61x and its around those numbers they sendt out now

Got my phone yesterday, and have to say it works damn well with hearing aids! I can hold the phone flat against my (behind-the-ear) aids and the sound comes through beautifullyâway better than any of the previous phones Iâve owned. I donât know if this is a happy design accident or if someone put a lot of effort into making this so, but thank you whoever you are!
