I plan on designing some cases when (and if) my Jolla Phone comes.

Suncase makes nice durable leather cases. I have one on my XA2+ and on the 10 III. Unfortunately all phones differ slightly in size so it will be difficult to find one that fits.
I contacted Lastu. They are not planning to make a case for Jolla2.
Don’t worry, it’s just another spammer doing the classic trick of first creating a post without a link, and then adding the link a bit later. Spammers, at least try to match your supposed real names to your usernames, it’s so obvious.

It’s from the Netherlands and the swedish equivalent would be hölje i think but in sweden many says skal or fodral instead.
Samsung Galaxy S26+ seems to be quite similar size as JP26. Even camera and flash are in pretty much same place. I got FoneKit MagSafe BookCase for Samsung Galaxy S26+, rip of original rubber thingie and glue in Jolla protective back cover.

Cool, is that your Jolla 2026 inside the case in the photos?
If so, that’s brilliant because it opens up many more case designs without having to wait for someone to make them.

Not S26 Ultra, but S26+. Plus is slightly smaller than Ultra.
Thank you for posting. I am using Jolla2 with a silicon back for the Xa2plus that actually is too narrow. This morning my Jolla2 slipped on a tiled floor. There are some surficial scratches on the glass protector and on the left corner the protector is damaged.
The phone itself has no damage, everything works fine. Yet it is clear that I need a book case. I used book cases with all my phones, also for the Jolla1 ( I still have that leather flip case). They are all spotless. So I spend hours searching for a case for Jolla2. There is a website that gives sizes of most smarthones: phonesbysize.com Here you can see that all phones are different.
Jolla 2 - 158 x 74 x 9
Samsung S26+ and S25+ - 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3
iPhone 15 Pro Max - 159.9 x 77.6 x 8.3
Google Pixel 6 - 158.6 x 74.8 x 8.9
Samsung has appr. the same back for camera’s as Jolla2 and Google Pixel 6 (not 6A and not 6Pro) . I searched and choose a Lux case for the Pixel 6. I also ordered a Samsung S6+ case so I can see which one fits best. I suppose it will be necessary to order a silicon back cover from Jolla so I can glue it in that cover?
I have a question. Is it possible to remove the glass protector and to replace it for another one?
How ? Can anyone answer?
Last week I contacted Lastu, but they said they had no plans to make a case for Jolla2.

Didnt you apply yourself the Gorilla glass protector? Are you talking about the factory applied film (made of plastic afak)?
Plan ahead, go slowly, and use materials that won’t damage your phone/screen.
(I think you can also use your nails for the first method, if you don’t have another tool suitable for the task)

I did the same (loved my Lastu case back then) and they responded:
“… checked into our current plans and we don’t have any covers in development for the Jolla 2 phone at the moment. As we are a small team, our production is currently focused on other models.”
Maybe more of us can ask Lastu if they are planning a case for the Jolla 2 phone, they might change their plans.

I bought a wallet cover for XIAOMI Redmi Note 13. It can be used without modification, but I will cut a hole in soft plastic (thickness approx. 1 mm) for the flash/torch. All buttons work (I don’t use the fingerprint, so I can’t judge it), USB can be used without problems and modifications

Can someone please find a slim cover without that fu**ing magnet flap. I mean, magnet should be in the cover itself.
I’m eagerly searching myself, and so far I’ve found the Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus, to be the best fit for further modification. But then again.. it is far from perfect, so please continue search.

The F**ing magnet flap , I hate it too.
OnePlus nord CE5 has the flap in 2 pcs short stub in upper and lower.
Better but not w/o as I would also like.

For most of the phones there are cases with and without magnet flaps. Like S26+, 1+ and redmi mentioned recently.
For JP26 it is matter of selecting donor phone based on how much and what kind of engineering one is willing to do. Then for that donor to select case that satisfies visual and other preferences.
I started to prefer flaps after my first XA2 face planted on tarmac, flapless case opened mid-flight…
