Maybe you could contact Jolla via email and ask if it is possible to bump your position in the queue towards the end to give you more time?
I am afraid to have the same issue. I was thinking about contacting the support to ask a change of delivery address, does someone knows if it is possible?
It is possible, but be aware they still have some backlog of support tickets/emails to handle, so you probably wonāt receive a reply for a some time. And sending more emails asking what is taking so long only lengthens the queue, so please try to be patient.

Thing is, since they indicate July/August, thereās also a good chance it will end up being late August or even September. In that case I donāt want delay it any further and be bumped towards the back of the queueā¦
Since you mentioned the Netherlands, thereās a good chance youāll have to identify yourself if they send with PostNL and properly declare the value. So having someone else pick it up might not be possible. With DHL or PostNL (and others as well probably) you might be able to authorise a neighbour to accept it instead.
did anyone get refunds? they wrote up to 10 days, but it is more than 17days and nothing. sent reminder email to shop but of course no replyā¦
I will need to change the ship to address, also. The forwarder I chose has changed the address that they are using for the UK since I placed the order.
Someone here cancelled their whole order and get a refund? (not only about the shipping refund for extra accesories orders) I changed my mind about the phone.
Sorry to hear you going, Iām sure you would have made great addition to sfos ecosystem. But to your question, Iām very sure I have read here someone already getting the refund. They wrote something in lines āfinally got answer from Jolla and process is movingā. Probably took weeks tho to get the process moving as to my understanding Jolla process all requests manually.
No worries, I am pretty sure something will change in the future and the ecosystem will be more open to newcomers, thanks for letting me know, I was worried because I opened a support ticket 3-4 months ago, send emails, etc, for something not related to this, but the thing is they still didnāt reply, I will wait then ![]()
one option is to have them send it to a forwarding address such as https://www.forward2me.com/
which can store the package for you for 30 days free, if the forwarding service fee is worth the risk of having it sent back before you returnā¦
Has anyone received the refund and fixed invoice with EU VAT number?
I payed on May 8th, so almost 6 weeks ago, but got no feedback yet.
I donāt want to send them an e-mail about it, 'cause thatās what they asked, but still.. how many EU VAT customers were there? 1-200? 6 weeks should have been enough to manually process them, even with 10 customers / day, which would still be insanely slow.
@koza has asked to refund, got some email from Jolla, but still not money back. Info from 2weeks ago. So maybe situation has changed.. maybe heāll let you know ![]()
I did not order the phone in may as I didnt have the money at the time and my 10III still works fine but I havent asked for refund either as I thought I might order in august. Just curious as the link still works for order, what would happen if I placed my order now after the window?
download fixed invoice from same link from the order confirmation email (the same link where was previously āwrongā invoice, they did not resend fixed invoice via email but only ācredit noteā and i just anciently found that invoice has changed on the original download link)
i can confirm that i received refunds in EUR (if your bank account is not primary in EUR but your local currency, then check the eur one)
I paid April the 30th and didnāt received the refund and corrected invoice yet, and the 2nd quarter is near to end.
