Yes, this is the way. It’s just quite important that Jolla is aware on the critical shortcomings and that we communicate (report) these (with passion) 
Like the ones they literally listed as “known issues”? Something tells me they are…

Ah, i don’t remember a time jolla didn’t score an own goal
They pratically scored an own goal with everything they did (althought in some cases they just had plain bad luck)
