This is some serious after-sale service.-
This delivery was one of if not the fastest “Jolla” so far !
We shouldn’t need to run that fast in general and for the future. We can, however, improve our quality controls , go steady and greener .
This time, the phone was fully charged ! …even if the screenshot shows a USB cable attached to the device.
From 0 (first buggy device) to 100 % (this device) ! How about next time we apply a rule of thirds ? Either 33 or 66 %, or anything in-between, should be fine

#1651, I got a message the phone has been sent. According the Posti tracking it is not arrived to them yet.
I just had this. I set it up first on an xperia x compact and now on an xperia 10 v and here it showed the correct info. Then i deleted it on xc and readded it and now it also shows the correct info
Just the VAT i paid to UK Customs, none to Jolla…

How long does it take to go from order confirmation to shipping?
Nothing happened this week for me.
But Jolla advertised 299 Euros including VAT, screenshot from the shop page. You have paid Jolla 249 + 50 Euros. So whilst the tax says zero, the shop page says 299 inc VAT. I would have expected Jolla to take the VAT off and reduce the amount you paid when shipping outside the EU, meaning in the UK you pay VAT and just one lot of VAT.
What you have to pay is definitely customs. Jolla can’t do anything about that. These are the consequences from Brexit
