REPRODUCIBILITY: Incoming calls unavailable when registered on VoLTE
OS VERSION: 4.4.0.72
HARDWARE: Xperia 10 II dual sim
UI LANGUAGE: Spanish
REGRESSION:

DESCRIPTION:

Can’t receive calls when registered on VoLTE

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Register VoLTE
  2. Try to receive a call
  3. The call makes the phone lose availability.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Connection of LTE drops. [should be: “…does not drop”?]

ACTUAL RESULT:

Can’t receive incoming calls when registered to VoLTE.

Your expectation is wrong. With VoLTE you are not supposed to drop to handle the call.

That looks like ofono is crashing. Some logs from that (using ofono logger) and details about your provider would help. Does it reconnect? Do you get a SIM error?

it reconnects but I always loose the call.

Do you have the latest OS version 4.5.0.24 on your phone now?
Is there the same problem with incoming calls?
If yes, would it be possible to get logs about that problem?
