Apple and Samsung have some work to do to ensure the next iPhone Max and Galaxy S Ultra comes with a bigger screen than the biggest JollaPhone

Are the bezels to scale, both in width and height? Maybe it’s just the lighting, but they look thick.
Images and renders were much worse than the actual device. You can check videos of the device already.
Isn’t that a technical constraint due to the fact that it’s a real screen inside the giant J2?

This was a rather busy day. It felt a bit like a party:
In the stand, on one side there are the newest Jolla Phone prototypes (they work!), along with the GigaJolla (GJ?), a monitor shaped like the phone, playing a demo video on loop
On the other side, there are a few Mind² devices (both consumer and enterprise editions), loaded with the very latest Venho software (users should get it sooner than “Soon”, but no release date yet)
The stand is in the comfy Finland Pavilion, so we have many neighbours doing all sorts of interesting projects
(Edit: I was made aware of the “GigaJolla” codename for our 30-inch phone)

2 wheels too many. Electric scooter TOH is the way. And if you make it foldable, it can even include Seafarix tech

March 3rd, part 2
We had a few visitors who had actually pre-ordered the J2 (@Edz ?)
Along with many people from the media
And we even had guests from several prominent names, like Mediatek, Fairphone*, and even Finland’s Minister of Transport and Communications, Lulu Ranne.
*(please somebody invite her to the meetup. If time has not yielded a collaboration, maybe a party will? 
)
In the afternoon, there was an actual party at the Finland Pavillion, so things got even more lively. There were speeches from the Minister and representatives from Oulu University and Sharp, as well as finger food and an assortment of Finnish hits, from Eurobeat to metal

Any update on the Mind2? Any roadmap for new software releases? Any update on the integration into the new Jolla Phone 2? So many open questions…

@PublicNico since you are in Barcelona, @Jolla team could take a look at Nokia Booth to see IMS Data Channel in action. If Sailfish OS supported it soon…
