DESCRIPTION:

Flightmode disables GPS.
GPS icon remains on. see also

On Android X10iii, GPS still works as expected in flightmode.

This is also a silent fault as the gps icon stays on. and gpsinfo lets you activate/deactivate the gps even though it is disabled by flight mode

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. GPSInfo running, locked
  2. Set flightmode
  3. gps stops updating.

Confirmed on my Xperia 10 III and on my XA2 Plus. It is a regression to 4.4.

Thank you for your bug report. May I ask you to update the regression section and write yes?

Confirm that behavior on Xperia 10 / 4.5.0.18. But GPS works on restarting it manually (off/on in upper menu) while staying in flight mode.
