When attempting to open a valid (e.g. pdf, doc, etc) email attachment this often fails with a briefly displayed error message … something like ‘inode not found’ or similar.
Clicking on the attachment a second, or maybe a third time opens it correctly
received email with a valid attachment that Sailfish can open
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- open the email
- click on the attachment
- ‘inode’ error message occurs
- repeat (2) to (4) either gives you the error message again or it works and the attachment opens
Valid attachment always opens
Error message and attachment does not open.
