v2. worked in the card slot, no reader required. run lpac with LPAC_APDU=gbinder_hidl

if youre compiling yourself, run cmake as cmake -DLPAC_WITH_APDU_PCSC=OFF -DLPAC_WITH_APDU_GBINDER=ON
