It would help to know what your e-mail is about and if it could be simply answered here in the forum, like your question regarding delivery window of Batch 2:
Due to the dust issue there is 1 month delay in the shipping schedule. The issue has been resolved in production and delivery gas continued already. Batch 2 should be delivered August to early September, in the order of pre-order numbers.
