SFOS 4.0.1.45: The kernel was updated from 4.9.221 to 4.9.230 but this problem persists. Unplugging crashes the device. I wonder if this is an attack vector to compromise the phone?

Does this happen to ALL of us, or only n some cases?
Can anyone report if his/her device does not crash after removing OTG device?
A quick test with a Xperia-10-II (XQ-AU52) device shows that it does not crash when removing the adapter. Maybe the used kernel (4.14.239) is in this regard better …
