Creating blog about creating sailfishos apps

I think you misunderstood something. I was talking about using pulldown menu entries as delegate in list. For example you can add servers in settings infinitely and then you make it a list in pulldown menu so that you can have 20 pulldown menu options or even 100, that’s whats wrong. you can have list on first page and pulldown menu there is nothing wrong with that (you can make page header static and make flickable/list below that so no matter where on list you are you can grab header and open pulldown menu)

For example in microtube when you launch it, list of videos open and if you click on video attached page open and you are moved there but you can go back and forth without any issue. The video page is always accessible no matter where you are on first page.

Ok, I’ll wait and see the blog then. Thanks!

Great idea - thanks !

It’s hard to believe that Jolla has not taken time to do such thing by themselves.

Demo example “Components” from development IDE is very helpful.

Will do on the github sure

I suggest focusing on good design and examples of that, rather than spending more time on what not to do or other peoples mistakes

Why not both? I think both are fine
