Can anyone share link to a webshop in EU that actually sell this Xperia 10 V (black) and delivers to Hungary?
I’ve failed miserably to find any but Rakuten in France but I was not able to change delivery adress to Hungary…

No, it does not. On the xq-cc54 and xq-dc54 phones, there is one SIM available, the physical SIM.

I ordered on from Jolla Devices Shop and got it with Sailfish OS (beta) preinstalled.
I can recommend this trusted shop I got my XPARIA XA2 from it years back and use it as a daily driver, still…
