So the battery level indicator is always wrong on your device? Could you send me via email output of “ls -l /sys/class/power_supply/” and “cat /sys/class/power_supply/*/uevent” also mention what you see in the battery charge indicator when you got those so we could see what value is being shown. By low charge I mean less than 10% or something like that.
As for timeline I hope we can at some point find out what actually is happening on the device, at the moment the logs haven’t contained any hints of what is happening. Would be good to see from journal log if the charging is actually starting, maybe start charging and take a journal log (journalctl -b --no-pager) after half an hour and send it to me so I can see if the device is even charging.
If the outputs and logs still don’t contain any hints I will ask some more information.
