We want to address the concerns raised regarding the €75 digital vouchers made during the Jolla Mind2 pre-order process. Some of you expected the voucher to act as a discount coupon, reducing the final price of the device. After reviewing our communication, we acknowledge that it was not communicated clearly, leading to understandable confusion by some participants.
At Jolla, transparency and fairness are utmost important to us, and we want you to feel valued for supporting this exciting journey. While organizing refunds would place a significant strain on our small team and impact our focus on product development and delivery, we have a solution to ensure fairness.
Our proposal is as follows:
For all participants in the first pre-order batch, we will waive the monthly Venho.AI subscription fee (9.99€/month) for 2025 as a gesture of appreciation. This ensures you receive extra value for your support and participation. Please note the waive does not include usage of external cloud services or premium services.
However, if you prefer a €75 discount, we completely understand. Please email us at shop@jolla.com, and we will process your request.
