I also installed nephros’ cb manager, and for me it shows something like yours under supported by network before but i edited it to 0-9999, maybe thats the fault.
I have the configuration
919,4352-4356,4370-4379,4383-4392
→ identical and it worked
Is there a way to reset it (uninstall nephros patch and reinstall?), because i’m not sure if the values are exact similar to yours.
Otherwise i fill in your values.
The values i posted above were no copy of your set, but I copied them from my phone
German cell broadcast warnings are available in the Apocalypse app through the MOWAS service.
I tested it by disabling all the others and refreshing.
Thursday next week, the 10th of September, will be the next National Warning Day in Germany. We will see whether the test warning arrives via Cell Broadcast or the Apocalypse app between 11:00 and 11:45.

No warning on Xperia 10 III running SFOS 5.1.0.11 (Pispala) in the Vodafone network (Klarmobil).

However, I think “Cell Broadcast Test” alerts are disabled by default in SFOS
That shouldn’t be an issue, because warnings on the Warntag are published as Level 1 (channel 4370) and for compatibility on channel 919. The “Entwarnung” signal is published on channel 4396.
