Where can i find more information on why people are given an option to return the devices, what is wrong with them?
Nothing is wrong with hem. Some people are just not happy with what they have received.
In which Germany do you live? Mostly every every grown up I know has got one especially since for some time now your normal banking card is actually a Visa. There are a lot of places now, where you cannot pay with cash anymore (and others that only accept cash, though). Renting a car or booking a hotel room without a credit card is nearly impossible. So, if you not happen to be very poor, very young or very, very old and you have a banking account, it is very likely you have a credit card or other means of online payment.
You know very well that it is not the NSA. Or how do you suggest your data gets on each and every Reichsflugscheibe that lands in the Arctic? Yes. It is them. NSA, actually the whole US, are only a cheap cover.

V-Pay or Maestro is not a credit card, most banks charge you extra for an actual credit card instead of just an girocard / EC card.
And not everyone is regularly booking a hotel room or renting a car.
I donāt think that itās really fully legal to request a Paypal account mandatory from one day to the next, from customers who simply want to claim their normal customer rights, while the first payment was done via credit card. I wish JollyBoys that nobody sues them for this.
European anti money laundering legislation requires any refund for goods returned to a supplier be paid back using the same payment mechanism by which they were originally purchased. So, for example, if you bought a C2 using a particular VISA credit card, then any refund must be processed via that same credit card. Suppliers are required to make this clear in their terms & conditions prior to purchase.
Just to make it a bit clearer. They forced me to open PayPal to get the cost of the shipping returned.
The purchase refund was dealt via my payment card.
But, regardless of the amount or concept, telling someone you must open an account with a company you donāt want is not right. Especially when the T&Cās did not even mention PayPal a single timeā¦
